Mann Library is committed to providing quality teaching and research support to the faculty and staff of our colleges. This includes open workshops, class-related instruction, and orientations and tours. We also offer tours of Mann and library orientations for new faculty. Faculty and staff have access to a wide variety of cutting edge computing facilities at Mann Library. Here's a snapshot of what we have to offer:
Stone Computing Center: Public computing facilities on the 1st floor include 60+ Dell PCs and 5 Macs. A classroom with 23 computers and a projector may be reserved by faculty
Specialized Software: Many of Mann’s public computers contain specialized applications, including—but not limited to--ArcGIS, EndNote, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Minitab, Pagemaker, Photoshop, SAS & SPSS.
Creation Stations: Two public computers, one PC and one Mac, featuring the latest in multimedia software and hardware.
Laptop Check Out: Forty Dell Latitude wireless laptops. Mice and zip drives also available.
Poster Printing: Large-format color plotter prints posters up to 3.5 feet wide.
Audio and Video Equipment Checkout (available from circulation desk): Includes digital camera, tape recorders and headphones.

Access Services (or Circulation) manages the borrowing and returning of materials to the library, reserves (both print and electronic), interlibrary loan and anything else having to do with the circulation of library materials.
Librarian support for departments in the Colleges of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Human Ecology. The goal of Mann’s library liaison program is to promote communication between the library and the academic departments it supports, and to engage faculty as partners in developing library resources and services.
