Contactless pickup is available for items from the circulating collections of all of our libraries and BorrowDirect. Interlibrary loan items will be held at the Mann Library Help Desk and are not available for contactless pickup. Place requests in advance by using the ‘request’ button when viewing the item in the library catalog. You will be notified via email when your items are available.
Contactless Pickup
Once you have been notified that your items are ready, you can come pick them up in the contactless pickup area off the Mann Lobby (Mann 112). You will find your items on tables, identified with your name, and sorted alphabetically by last name. Access to contactless pickup is available 24/7 for members of the Cornell community. For patrons without a Cornell ID, please check our building operating hours.
For the safety of all our users, we ask that while you are on-site, you adhere to Cornell’s Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
