Mann Library has study spaces on the basement, first, second, and third floors. Many of these seats are available first come, first served. Please see below for more information about our reservable spaces, including study rooms, conference and meeting rooms, classrooms, and more.
Our lobby, contactless pickup area (Mann 112), and Mann 103 are open 24/7 to members of the Cornell community via card swipe access.

Study Spaces
Individual and group study rooms may be reserved up to 4 hours at time. Collaborative workstations may also be reserved up to 4 hours at a time. Graduate study rooms are available to Cornell graduate students only and may be reserved up to 8 hours at a time.
Computer Classroom
Stone Classroom (Mann 103) has 26 Dell computers and one instructor station. The room may be reserved for instructional use by Cornell faculty and teaching staff, with priority given to Mann Library staff.
Graduate Study Area
The Graduate Study Area is located on the third floor of Mann Library and includes the balcony area. Study carrels, cubicles, docking stations, and the collaborative study area are reservable up to 8 hours at a time.
Lockers are available by the semester – keys are available at the Help Desk beginning on the first day of each semester.
Lobby Tabling
Student groups and Cornell departments can reserve a table in the lobby for the display of materials. There are two tabling spaces available. Use of the lobby is limited to academic-related activities only.
